Public transport should not only run smoothly and without disruption. Above all, they must be safe: For the people who use them. And the people who use them as customers.
We develop innovative, software-supported safety products for public transport. From our company headquarters in Malterdingen near Freiburg, we support well-known customers worldwide. Our products range from components for local and long-distance public transport and the associated infrastructure to complete vehicle control systems.

Do you care about what you do? Do you want to develop sophisticated embedded system solutions that protect lives? Do you work purposefully and independently and are you a committed team player? Then you’ve come to the right place. Your tasks:

  • You develop structured specifications, architectures and design concepts for systems with safety features.
  • You are responsible for the design, implementation and verification of the safety-related suitability of embedded firmware.
  • You are responsible for testing systems and software with real-time properties in the embedded software environment.

Your skills:

  • Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering, computer engineering or comparable
  • Interested in technical systems in a safety-critical environment
  • Interested in relevant safety standards, such as IEC 61508 or similar standards
  • Interested in new technologies
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills

  • You are responsible for testing systems and software with real-time properties in the embedded software environment.

Your skills:

  • Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering, technical computer science, or comparable
  • Experience with technical systems in a safety-critical environment
  • Profound knowledge in the field of software development and in dealing with modern methods of software engineering
  • Knowledge about the relevant safety standards, such as IEC 61508 or similar standards
  • Experience in working with Linux systems and in the development of embedded Linux systems
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills

  • Profound knowledge in the field of software development and in the use of modern methods of software engineering
  • Experience with technical systems, perhaps already in a safety-critical environment
  • Experience in working with systems such as Polarion, Jira, Jama, etc. or with UML tools such as Enterprise Architect, etc.
  • Experience in working with Linux systems and/or developing embedded Linux systems
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
