Our office:

Our modern company headquarter is located in a quiet yet convenient location with ideal public transport connections and the A5 freeway. In front of the building there are charging stations for our company-owned electric car fleet.

You will work in offices with a maximum of two employees and high-quality technical equipment.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the development of embedded software systems with safety functions, taking into account normative requirements.
  • You will develop architecture and design concepts for systems with safety features.
  • You create specifications and designs using RQM/ALM systems.
  • You are responsible for the design, implementation and verification of the safety-related suitability of embedded firmware.
  • You are proficient in the use of modern software engineering methods.
  • You are responsible for testing systems and software with real-time properties in the embedded software environment.
  • You support systems from the automation and/or railroad industry.

Your skills:

  • You have a degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering, electronics, communications engineering, technical computer science, or comparable.
  • You have experience with technical systems in a safety-critical environment.
  • You have profound knowledge in the field of software development and in dealing with modern methods of software engineering.
  • You know the relevant safety standards, such as IEC 61508 or similar standards.
  • You have experience working with systems like Polarion, Jira, Jama, etc. or with UML based tools like Enterprise Architect, etc.
  • You have experience in working with Linux systems and in the development of embedded Linux systems
  • You find it exciting to learn about and use new technologies.
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
